Vegan Curry Sausage
We have put more than two years of intensive work and effort into making the perfect vegan curry sausage and spent a long time working on the excellent taste and the firm consistency. We are proud as hell of the result.
We produce our vegan curry sausage from the local faba bean, and we deliberately do not use seitan or peas. Because it’s better, also for our environment. The faba bean, also known as broad bean, is a real superfood and provides just the right amount of crunchy bite in the “sausage”. We add to that our local organic spices and a “casing” made from alginate (i.e. seaweed).
