Butcher

for our manufactory in Baruth/Mark

Are you a butcher and want to become part of our friendly team? Witty’s Gourmet-Manufaktur is taking over a traditional butcher’s shop in Baruth/Mark and we are looking for you! In addition to our traditional store in Wünsdorf, we also offer innovative products such as organic currywurst and vegan sausage alternatives.

Your new role:

• Production support: Get actively involved in production to ensure our high quality standards
• Production of our high-quality semi-finished and finished products, exactly according to specified recipes
• Reliable loading of the systems with the required raw materials to ensure a smooth production process
• Order picking, cutting, filling, mincing, boiling, curing, cleaning and everything else that goes with it

What we offer:

• Permanent employment contract
• Work only from Monday to Friday, weekends and holidays always free
• Only morning shift, for hours before 6:00 a.m. there is a 25% night shift surcharge (tax-free)

Your profile:

• Passion for the butcher’s trade: Your enthusiasm for the butcher’s shop and the gourmet segment is unbroken.
• Qualified specialist: You have training as a butcher and experience in meat processing.
• Not required, but welcome: You have a master’s degree or would like to acquire one
• Team player: You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
